Today is day 2 of Women in Construction (WIC) Week 2021! We are excited to introduce you to some of the marvelous, Mi-Tech women. Today, we are introducing you to Yer, an Outside Plant (OSP) Designer on our Mi-Tech crew. Yer entered the civil engineering world right out of college and has been with Mi-Tech for about 3 and a half years.
