[FOND DU LAC, Wisconsin], [November 11, 2021]— Equix, Inc. debuted at No. 90 on Engineering News Record’s (ENR) 2021 Top 600 Specialty Contractors List.

For over 40 years, the ENR Top 600 Specialty Contractors ranking has not only showcased the largest specialty contractors in the United States, but it has also measured the markets for specialty trade and subcontracting services and identified key issues and trends that have affected how firms do business.

Equix’s initial ranking despite the challenges of the global pandemic demonstrate our capacity to absorb and complete projects.

President and CEO, Jerrod Henschel, speaks about the primary reason for the company’s unique success and strategic growth for continued expansion.

“We strive to build our organization by remaining focused on safely growing our business through strong customer relationships and continually investing in our employees” said Henschel. “It is because of our extremely dedicated employees and valued customer partnerships, working together on challenging projects across the country, that we are able to accomplish achievements like this.”

“Over the last 12-18 months we have experienced pandemic-related challenges in our industries regarding staffing and supply chain shortages, however, our employees have shown great resolve through hard work and dedication to their crafts,” continued Henschel. “They are the backbone of our business, and the reason we have shown growth year after year. The future is bright for Equix and our companies.”

Equix is ranked according to revenue provided for grading, paving, excavation and foundation, pipe, sanitary/storm sewer inspection and rehabilitation, utilities, and telecommunications.
